I rarely enjoy being treated like an idiot BUT, am beyond pleased that Michael understood that I needed a step-by-step explanation in understandable language.

Signing up was very much the person-to-person experience that I needed, and all the reviews I've seen, point to excellent customer support.

Just returned from 3 weeks in Monaco where the choice of UK channels was limited to BBC and Channel 4. I was able to get all my UK programmes including Apps i.e. Netflix, ITVX. BBC iPlayer etc. The service from Michael is second to none, extremely professional and very helpful if you don’t fully understand how it works, just email him and he is very quick to respond. On top of that his price is great value. I would highly recommend this company as I couldn’t fault anything about it.

Amazing, visiting family in Houston Texas and I get all my favourite Chanel’s on my I pad. Great for catching up on the Fitba. Thank you

I was on holidays in Greece and came across this app that allowed me to watch everything on Netflix, bbc iPlayer, and ITVX ( the apps I personally use). This app worked fantastic and was only £5.99 a week.
I had cancelled my prescription when I got home, but payment was taken for the second week shortly after, I emailed Michael and told him what had happened and he was more than willing to help to confirm my subscription was cancelled and also refund me my second payment of £5.99. Michael was so friendly and helpful over email and responded straight away with also my refund happening almost instant. Super pleased with this experience and will definitely use again when abroad and will highly recommend to friends and family!

Brilliant service again from Michael. We arrived in Italy but had completely forgotten to sort out the TV.
No problem, I emailed Michael straight away and, as always, he replied very quickly, set us up and within an hour of arriving we were up and running.
The service worked perfectly throughout our week away, with no problems at all.
This is the second time this year we have used tvonholiday and the customer service was, once again, brilliant.
I would recommend tvonholiday to anyone wanting to watch English TV channels while abroad.

This service is superb. Not only was set up easy and straightforward and very good value for money, but the customer service was outstanding. Any problems (and all down to user incompetence, not the service itself) were swiftly and easily dealt with. I cannot rate TV on Holiday highly enough.

I have used to holiday a few times while I’ve been abroad and it’s an excellent way of watching Uk tv…I will use it every time as it’s so easy to set up.
The customer service is always quick to respond and are very helpful…

Michael had the patience of a saint after my difficulties. With remote control to my computer he sorted the problems out. I am 78 years old and a computer idiot but Michael held my hand and got me through. I can now watch UK TV in Spain. God bless him.

I came across tv on holiday by chance last year after I'd bought my property in Spain and was looking for a way to catch up on my soaps whilst away! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Michael has been incredibly helpful and kind. I go over for one or 2 weeks at a time and I let Michael know when I'm going, he sets me up for the time I'm there, he always responds so quickly when I email him and has helped me out when I've had technical issues...only because I'm not technical at all, not because I've had any technical issues with the VPN, it always works perfectly! I can't rate tv on holiday highly enough and Michael is a true gem 🥰

Cannot express how helpful Michael was, in getting me set up, to watch TV while I was away. Absolutely anything I didn't understand, or didn't know how or what to do, his clear instructions were invaluable. Will definitely use this service again and recommend to anyone who's listening!

What a fantastic service. We were away and we wanted to keep up with certain things back in the UK. I went online and found “TV on Holiday” so easy to install and Michael was so helpful.
It’s a service I would highly recommend so if needed do give it a go.

Cannot recommend this service highly enough!! Michael was an absolute star from start to finish, answering any questions that I had even well after the initial setup. It was simple to set up and worked like a dream in Cyprus. I’d looked into other VPNs but honestly just use this as the support is second to none - thank you so much!

I have used the VPN service from TV on holiday for 3 months in the Caribbean and it worked flawlessly- I was able to watch the Six Nations Rugby and MOTD amongst other broadcasts as if I was sitting in my living room in Dorset . Perfect !
