Allereerst heeft de communicatie nogal veel houding. Toen kregen we eindelijk overeenstemming. Ze zouden tussen 9-10 bij ons komen opdagen om de keuken op te halen. Na 10 uur belde nog steeds niemand en niemand kwam opdagen.

Om 10:40 belden we ze, ze zeiden: "ja, de man heeft covid dus er komt niemand. En we weten niet wanneer we dat weer kunnen doen. Dus je moet aan iemand anders verkopen..."

We verwachten niet dat een bedrijf met een goede betrouwbaarheid en professionele geest zich als zodanig kan gedragen.
