I read the reviews about Tweeto's customer service but decided to order the crib at my own risk because I liked the design and the fact that it's wooden. I am pleased; everything came on time, and the crib looks even better in person than in the photo.

Got it as a gift from my parents😍 Perfectly suits my son’s nursery. The cot made very well, real wood, also it can transform from cradle to big cot. My baby didn’t want to sleep without me, therefore I use it as bedside crib now.

Order not received! Impossible to get through to anyone on their contact number. I placed my order on the 31st of October and given a tracking number. The seller has not even sent to over to the courier which is very disappointing. It’s now 3 days past their estimated delivery date and no update or apology. Hoping to get a response and a full refund soon! This is such a huge inconvenience.

I was so excited to receive my Tweeto 7 in 1 cotbed until I did, and Tweeto had sent me the wrong coloured canopy holder for my baby’s crib. My daughter is now here and still I have not received so much as even a confirmation email from Tweeto to confirm a new one. Very annoyed at this point and would rather get a full refund on the whole order and go elsewhere just for the lack of respect and inconsideration.

Sadly the fitted sheet and waterproof mattress protector not the quality I would expect for a newborn but struggled to find a 70x70 anywhere else.

Also been waiting several weeks for a response re buying only 2 parts of the mattress to fit the smaller 7 in 1 cot.

A real shame as we love the cot but won’t be purchasing anything else.

I placed an order on the 22nd August and I didn't have any update yet. I needed to contact the Store through Shop after a week to have an update and it was not proceed yet.
Poor service, but I hope when I receive the product it will meet my expectations.

I want to write an honest review.. I wanted a cot that accommodates my baby from 0 to 5years old. I came across tweeto. Never heard of this site befor, I was quite worried as it was new to me and the price was extremely amazing as I have tried finding a simpler crib that was extremely expensive.. anyway so I ordered my baby crib.. the delivery was supper fast withing 4 working days it arrived. The crib looks amazing no damage no missing parts.. everything was perfect.. definitely recommend tweeto

The cot arrived before expected which I was really glad about. The product is at a high quality finish. My daughter loves sleeping in it. Highly recommend this product for any new born!

Great customer service, they are very nice and helpful. The crib is amazing. I just love it.

Really disappointed in the lack of customer care. The mattress is extausionate and does not last. Purchased in 2021 and it’s fallen apart - it is literally just foam and you can even see the pen marks and cutting. Really poor. My now toddler has managed to completely obliterate the mattress it’s that poor quality. For the price of almost £200 not good value for money.
I did contact Tweeto and they said they would offer me 25% discount to purchase another but I haven’t heard anything since and they ignore my messages. Because of the awkward shape I can’t find another suitable mattress brand. Such a shame as the cot is beautiful however there are so many competitors on the market now, selling similar for much cheaper.

We really love the 7-in-1 cot but we did come with fewer screws than we should have. I've sent an email to support asking for 2 of the extra long screws that we need to complete the assembly of the changing table.

I've ordered my order in February and still haven't got it. Don't get any responses from support service.

Great cot and rails. I have bought both my babies cots and clothes rails from tweeto, fantadtic quality. I would say that the bedding is very expensive though at £155, I have found much nicer examples online for much less.

Haven’t received parcel and when emailed to ask if someone can look into this and find out where my package is, I was told someone would look into it and get back to me by the end of the day however they did not.

I have placed an order on the 24th of August (n 1706), it has been 3 weeks, I still have not received my order AND I wrote to their customer service 3 (!) times, and no response at all. Clearly, buying such a product involves careful consideration and it is a very positive purchase, BUT the whole experience was ruined by the company ignoring my questions about delivery and reasons for the delay.
