The reason to the refund was that we could not send some of the products to Canada due to Canadas local regulations, and since we could get hold of you we refunded the whole order. Super fast delivery! Beautiful Heart, was tested for quality. Good on that purchase, but the other 2 for those fingernail stones.. Not Acceptable at All. I can buy a pack of these swavorski stones for 6bucks at hobby lobby or Michaels! Definitely not got 30+ bucks a pc!
That's hwy robbery.. please send my refund ASAP.

The crystals we resell in our webshop are specially produced to be used on skin and in the mouth. They are Oeko Tex® certified and they are nickel and lead free, which is necessary if you want to put them on your teeth. We would highly recommend that you use this type of crystals instead of other ones that are sold for other purpose, like for nails and fabrics ect. These may not be safe to put in your mouth.
