From riders - to riders! It all started in the UK, Exeter when Matt got an idea of Two Wheels Empire name - first it was a custom motorcycles brand, and now an ebike premium accessories shop. We've changed and we've grown to ebikes, but we've still got the love for Two Wheels: Petrol or Electric.

We’ve already covered this over email. Your order couldn’t be delivered because the delivery address was entered incorrectly.

I’m not sure why you would leave a 1-star review, as this was due to the incorrect address provided by you.

Once the parcel is returned back to us, we can either resend it or issue a refund

This issue occurred due to the delivery address being entered incorrectly. There’s really no logic behind the feedback left, as the problem was not on our side.

I personally wouldn’t leave feedback in this situation, as it’s quite misleading.

TERRBILE BUSSINESS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Order a chip for my cube, never received my parcel and the delivery photo I was sent clearly shows a different house aswell as a forged delivery signature. Contacted them via email and was instantly met with "order is fulfilled ourside so we wont be doing anything"... after a few days back and fourth I contacted my bank and made a charge back. The following email i received was full of abuse and was basically told to hit the road. Seems like a group of hooligans running this business. Ask for updates only to be told to F off... AVOID there are several other companies who treat their customers with respect.

We’ve reviewed your case again in full.

Your order was shipped to the exact address provided at checkout and marked as delivered and signed for by Royal Mail. Based on this, the order is considered fulfilled on our side.

You state that a chargeback was made — however, no chargeback has been received or recorded for this transaction, so this claim is not accurate.

We also note there are inconsistencies between the details provided in your review and the information associated with the order.

At no point were you spoken to in the manner described — all communication is on record.

If the parcel was misdelivered, this must be raised directly with Royal Mail, as they are responsible for delivery, including GPS data and delivery confirmation.

just win 1km/h.

I installed the system easily. But when I try it, the speed is exactly the same with gps and the speed of my bike. My bike cuts out at 25 km/h... I tested it with a piece of metal to see if the magnet was moving. There's a very slight offset per wheel revolution, but no more than 1/10 par turn. I paid 120 euros for nothing... I contacted the company to see if there was a solution to this problem. But I still haven't received a response. I hope to find a solution. I just wanted to gain 5 km/h so my wife could train with her children...

I replied to your email on February 27th but haven’t heard back from you.

We’re always here to help sort issues like this out, but your case does sound quite unusual. The NLS Speedi cannot behave the way you’re describing unless the original wheel magnet was left installed on the hub.

If you’d like to get this resolved, please reply to my previous email and we’ll take it from there.

Excellent company

Great price and very fast delivery despite only ordering a few days out from Christmas. A friend of mine has used their repair service twice (a fault of his own) without any issues which gave me confidence should I ever need to use it too
