Went in store for and dewalt combo kit cost about £350 that was a good price but when I pay for brand new tools and get home happy to open and have ago with my new tools turned out they must have been show case items the XPR dewalt drill had a thine black dirt line right down the two drill body panels the black metal chuck had scratchs on it like someone had ago with it wearing a ring and made defects the the drill it was dusty like it has been there for 10 years and the box tough system box was dusty and I know people might just say stop winning its a drill kit its going to get marked up but when it buy new I expect new and believe it or not I went there ago just to give another chance to them and I wanted a air compressor 100 litre not a cheep one and I said I want one in the box unopened he takes me to were the tool was in the shop and try's to give me a show case and my dad see a crack in the glass on the pressure gage and he said its all right it will work fine I and I'm like there's a fuc**** crack in the glass its not new its broken turns out he had a new one in the back room all in the package so I brought it , the problem I have is They give me show case tools and not in a new box the you go to the back room the re stock the shop just give the the one in the box please.
