Breached my account in which didn’t even hit my stop loss

I. Can’t login to my mt5 after completing my kyc for live account since Saturday

Passed the challenge, received my funded account, and within days got a Section 16 termination email with zero specific reason. No explanation, no warning, account simply marked "Black-listed" overnight.

The email just quotes Section 16 of the Customer Agreement, claiming they can terminate "at their sole discretion" for suspected misconduct or operational reasons — without ever stating what I supposedly did. I'm not the only one: multiple traders received the exact same templated email the same day, which points to a mass termination wave rather than any actual rule violation.

If you actually win, be ready to get cut off with a copy-paste "Section 16" excuse instead of a real explanation. Trade elsewhere.

Great service. I had two payments so far with them and everything as been smooth even with the trading platform.

Was just immediately banned from their discord server a few minutes ago for stating my disappointment about the recent excitement surrounding the futures website release. I used no foul language, nor did I attack any one person or entity in my message. I simply stated, calmly and succinctly, that I felt we as a community were misled into believing there would be some kind of reward or accommodation for following instructions and completing tasks as requested for the past week (logging in for announcements, decoding clues, recording answers, etc...).

This behavior is unnecessary and unacceptable in my opinion. I had high hopes for TX3 and have been following their progress for a significant amount of time, but now it has all been dashed to an emotionless void. I will not put forth any more effort toward a possible future with them. I know the firm probably doesn't care about the lost revenue from a single trader choosing to deny their partnership and I get that. There's plenty of other fish to hook with baseless hype. But if I'm banned without any recourse, warning or discussion, I'm done with it. True colors have been revealed.

Under toptier in was a good company. Happy customer for years. Now they rejected my payout, banner and blacklist me. Just with 1 mail!!! My trading style is NOT changed and I only have 1 account, so reverse trading is not possible.

Here you can find their mail. I requested more info about this mail with all my Proof for over 10 days now, but they even dont answer me.

So please get out of the firm as soon as possible.

What is this i requested a payout Monday and i received it on Wednesday fine but my dashboard payout section was not updated and shows not eligible for payout support are fast but issue solution slow it's already Friday and i didn't take a single trade in my funded account this week is my golden for my setup but I not take a single trade because support team says until update don't take any trade whose responsible for this.overall experience was good but it's more better if you resolve issue quickly.my account no is 103834

This firm is fine so far the one thing they disappointed me in is that they don't approve or check my tasks for 2 weeks.
And bcoz of their mistake of not checking me or my tasks I was forced to claim the flex account instead of the account I've planned to claim which is the pro account

My experience with TX3 Funding has been very frustrating. I completed all the tasks in the reward section weeks ago, but nothing has been processed yet.
Customer support only gives the same excuse about “system load” and does not provide any real solution or timeline. This feels unprofessional and unreliable.
If you are offering rewards, you should be able to deliver them on time. Otherwise, it creates a bad experience for users.

Great support, I have contacted them many times for different queries and they have been helpful. I would suggest this prop firm to others keep it up guys.

No doubt Tx3 is best propfirm , I have ever seen
But make payout weekly, or completing 7 profitable days, get payout. All these costumer want this.
