I am pretty disappointed with this company. I scheduled a support meeting to upgrade, but they declined it without sending an email or following up. They do read their emails and take days or never respond to messages. It's unbelievable that you expect me to upgrade with no email or live chat support-- I've just been Ghosted for no reason. This feels like a complete scam for a development team.

I've been a chatbot since the facebook release and saw a whole new level potential around it.

Typebot, is a whole new level on itself! No need for broadcasting while you got native integration with pubbly and integromat to link with your favourite email marketing tool.

As a form killer, it works as a total replacement for traditional forms with real up to 4x increased conversion rates because of the human like interaction and funny gifs. And even, as far as i experienced, is spam bot proof without the captcha, which is really cool for websites forms. Works for any type of forms, not just contact. Also, you can build really cool tools exploiting the HTML request feature which allows to connect via api links.

The support, one of the most important features for any saas. Oh boy... It's so fast it could create a flashpoint (notice The Flash reference). Even for it's email support, sometimes feels like a real time conversation. One of the most responsive and valuable support I have ever known. And I dare to say, it's a SiteGround (hosting) support level, which is a kind of godlike support.

UI/UX awesome, clean, polished

Features. If it's not there, there's a feature request platform with add new request and upvote/downvote system existing ones.

Documentation, a work in progress. BUT it's open source (GIT) and you can add your own tutorials and guidelines to help others. Also you can ask support to add anything you need instructions or documentation. Mostly, you'll don't need any as UI is very intuitive.
