Seriously, this company do not have a clue about customer service. We have used them several times and there has always been some sort of delay or over charge. They are not interested in customer service once they have your money - they don't even reply to your emails!
The most recent issue is an additional charge of 15 euro (on top of 16 euro delivery) taken for a cool box. Delivery took well over a week so the cool box was pointless and our perishable goods were ruined. We would have preferred up front advice on delivery or not to include perishable items in our order.

Do not buy anything from these people, they do not deliver, they cannot be contacted. We ordered about EUR100 worth of products from them for our wedding this summer, but they never delivered anything except the initial confirmation email. I have informed the authorities and they are on the case now.
