Sent 2 faulty inner tubes. Will not refund so I’ll go through my bank. Piss poor communication. Avoid

Like some other reviewers, trying to get a VAT receipt and get no response. Calling all day, emails. No response. Despite the website claiming excelent customer service. Despicable.

I have asked this company repeatedly for a VAT invoice, but with no luck. Product is fine and good but poor customer service. Unfortunately I will not use this company again.

I ordered an inner tube with a special bent valve. I needed it urgently and paid extra for it to be delivered quickly. It arrived with a straight, not bent valve as I wanted. I phoned the mobile number on their site over and over again that week day. It just went to voicemail with the default EE message (they hadn't even bothered to set their own company announcement).
I emailed them that evening and they responded asking for a photo of the incorrect tube. I sent it and have heard nothing over a week later. Avoid this company. Yet another business that "hides" behind a website and unanswered phone, thinking customer service is a thing of the past.

My second order from this company. This time they sent the wrong size of inner tube. I've messaged them via the web site, left phone messages and emailed with a photograph of the incorrect items as delivered. No response.

Update 01-07-2024: They have been in touch today to say they will send out the correct tube. Another ipdate pending.

they delivered the inner tube and it works fine.
However I needed a VAT invoice so i checked with them by email before i bought the tube that they would supply this. They confirmed they would, but did not supply one despite reminders by email and telephone message. As a result i tried to find out who is the VAT registered person at this address. I can't find one with a name that is connected with Tyre and Tube.
Their website does not seem to provide the name of the legal entity and Tyre and Tube is not a vat registered business.
If you need a VAT invoice to reclaim the vat, I recommend you do not buy from this company.

Dont buy from these people. I bought an inner tube for a wheelbarrow and when fitted it leaked from the valve, I sent an email with no reply, I left a message on there phone with no reply then I sent another email again with no reply, now i have to blow up my tyre when i need to use my wheelbarrow so my advice is buy from somewhere else.

I needed a new wheelbarrow tyre and inner tube and these guys came up on the search. They were competitve in price and I just sort of felt comfortable using them.

The purchase suggestion was a tyre and inner tube combo and they suggested a choice of straight or angled valve, which to be fair I hadn't even thought about.

The delivery arrived punctually as stated and I now have a functioning wheelbarrow.
