An excellent service from John and the Tyrecare team; they supplied, fitted, and delivered a pair of tyres for my motorcycle at the most competitive price. I highly recommend them for all your tyre service needs.

I visited TyreCare based on recommendations for their competitive prices and friendly service after visiting friends in the area. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young male employee who appeared indifferent and somewhat dismissive, even taking my keys abruptly. After approximately two hours, I returned to collect my car and was presented with a bill that included additional charges I had not requested. My original need was simply a puncture repair or an affordable replacement tyre.

During my visit, I found the staff I interacted with to be rude and seemingly unconcerned about customer service. I also observed them treating a young man quite harshly for parking briefly and only slightly in their area, despite the possibility he was making a nearby delivery.

Based on my experience, I would caution potential customers to consider other options if they prefer fair pricing and courteous service.

This is the first time I’ve just Tyrecare and I needed to leave a review to shout their praises.

I had a complete flat tyre that needed changing, I was able to book in for a replacement Saturday morning so I didn’t need to take any time off work. Booking the appointment was easy on the website.

I got a call the day before my appointment to advise I’ve chosen the wrong tyre. As a female, I’m 1., not very good at this stuff and 2., it’s always a worry that a company could play on my lack of knowledge. I didn’t need to worry, I was totally put at ease, given the best advice and a tyre selected in my price range.

I’ve sat in a warm reception, with free drinks, up to date magazine and relaxed while my tyre got changed, all in less than half an hour.

Excellent service and I will use again, when the need arises. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

John and the team have been looking after our son's kart tyres all year. It's just a case of inflating them on the rim, not a big deal to a tyre company, but a massive deal to ourselves when we're sending our 14 year old son out in a 75mph kart. I dropped 4 wheels off with John this morning, a busy Saturday. Again, we were prioritised and will be racing tomorrow. Tyrecare are everything that a local business should be and have a positive impact on the community. We buy our car tyres from John also. Absolutely superb service!

Visited Sunday 18th. February 2024 to a booked table (16). We had notified the restaurant of our accessibility requirements which were met in full..The parking registration system was easy to use. The food from the carvery was excellent and the great staff helped us by getting the carvery to our table due to mobility problems. Their valued care and attention was above and beyond expectations. The place was very clean. The accessible toilets were very well equipped and well maintained. Top marks to all involved.

We’ve used Tyrecare for about 10 years, because they’re honest, friendly & do a great job.

I recently started getting a bad judder, which the garage I had my MOT done by assured me it was tyre balance/tracking, pointing at the 2 tyres I’d just had fitted. So I went back to Tyrecare. Stan assured me that wasn’t the issue, but just to prove it, he swapped my 4 wheels from an identical car & we went for a drive. Of course he was spot on. No difference.

On replacing my wheels, Steve pointed out play in a Drive Shaft. Something that should have been spotted in the MOT.
