The Balcatta technician claimed my tyres were over 10 years old, which is simply untrue. You can’t realistically drive on the same tyres for that long, and I know exactly when mine were last replaced.
I clearly instructed them to change only the two front tyres, but they seemed unhappy about not being able to charge more in one visit. After the service, my car started pulling to the left and even hitting the curb. Instead of addressing it, they dismissed it as a pre-existing steering problem.
My car was driving straight before coming in so I wonder how it's suddenly hitting the curb now.
Don't rely on this place being honest. I would not trust them with my car again and strongly recommend going elsewhere.

We arrived a few minutes after 4:30 pm for the scheduled inspection, but were told off as they were closing. When we explained that we had been offered a spot for the next day, we were threatened with a call to the police if we continued to argue. We have been acustomer with Tyre Power for more than 10 yrs.

Helensvale Branch-Car shaking on acceleration- they fitted poor quality drive shaft- clunking noise when changing gears & shaking although less still present. Told it was gear box. Took car to gear box repair-told it was fine. Returned- told it needed control arm bush-they couldn't remove the old bush. Returned and fitted new control arm. Spent $800 approx and 3 visits. Shaking not fixed. Took car to Ultratune- put car on hose dignosed worn lower engine support bush in 5 minutes. Fixed in an hour and shake gone- $350.

Awesome service for a small job, so helpful loading tyres as well. These good people diagnosed a separating runflat tyre (when bmw missed it) on another occasion and I am very grateful for that.

I found Darren at Tyrepower to be welcoming and tremendously helpful. He got the job done swiftly. Darren was more than helpful, very in tune to my situation and he was extremely professional. After being a customer for some time put my car in with a brake problem. Also asked for an alignment and wheel rotate.
Picked up car and the following:
Wheels not rotated - went back and told to my face they had been when they clearly had not (apart from the wear I have different pressures front and back)
ABS light not fixed - told no problem
No invoice detailing work done supplied.

Emailed manager (who was not present on this occasion). No Reply.
Gave feedback to Tyrepower head office. - ignored.
Took car elsewhere - Faulty modiule in car $440.

Clearly Tyrepower do not care about their customers.

Great .... I get a little OCD about my car .....but found the team to be helpful and knowledgeable.... would also recommend my new tires Pirelli Dragon Sport much improvement on the previous set. Thanks Kim & Abdul
