Tyre did not turn up.

I usually order tyres from F1 as they are usually competative and good. This time I had a screw in my tyre so needed a fast repair and tyresavings offered a faster fitting time.

Having waited 2 days for my appointment I got to the garage the tyres had not arrived for the appointment. No communications from tyresaving to tell me and am now left with a car I cannot use until I get a tyre.

Very bad service!

Buyers beware. Unfortunately, my first experience with tyresavings.com was unacceptable. To start with, they supplied me with tyres that were nearly 3 years old, meaning they are already half-way through their life cycle.
Secondly, the fitting centre staff were poorly trained so that they couldn't remove 2 of the tyres, because they were trying to unscrew them the wrong way, and when I mentioned this to them they (initially) refused to try the other way telling me that they know their job... until 15 minutes later they tried it my way and it worked instantly. So, so much for tyresavings.com I shall not be using them again even if they are cheaper.. but for a reason ! So buyers beware.

Tyresavings web site is fine -good price and they emailed to let me know the tyre was on its way to the fitting centre. All good -however, the fitting centre, thats another story. Booked a slot through tyresavings but the fitting centre doesnt use slots and you just wait - 1.5hrs it took! Why offer a slot booking if the fitting centre doesn't have them. I have used ASDA tyres and a different fitting centre -all fine

Ordered a new tyre on the Tuesday evening through the website. Easy to use and arranged an appointment for the Thursday am. Cheapest quote I could find and the process was flawless.

I ordered 4 tyres on TyreSavings. At first, I thought it would be painless, but I was wrong.

I ordered the tyres through the website, but encountered minor IT issues. I didn't get the order confirmation first time, so I placed another order. Then I got a phone call from them to cancel the duplicate order.

The tyres were delivered to the garage on Wednesday for my fitting on Friday. Unfortunately, when I drove my car to the garage on Friday, the garage could not find the tyres because TyreSavings didn't send the paper work and I had no email confirmation from TyreSavings as well.

I chased the TyreSavings on the phone and they reassured me it was delivered on Wednesday. After waiting 2 hours, they found the tyres on the system and I got my tyres fitted afterwards.

The best price on my 4x4 tyres and fitted at a local company with a great customer service (North Shropshire tyres,Oswestry) I will recommend Tyresavings.com to all from now on!

I have used this method of buying tyres for a good few years now and Its faultless.. Tyres are cheap, Halfords fit them for me and even do a number of checks on the car for free! couldn't be happier!

great service good choice of tyres and prices, fitting company they used kingsway tyres very poor fitted different tyre to the one order they said a budget tyres a budget tyre, rang tyresavings they sorted it in minuets would recommend and will use tyresavings again

I was becoming obsessed looking for tyres and the cheapest possible price.
Tyresaving.com was the choice I went with and everything was better than expected.

Had to wait an hour at the chosen fitting venue due to their being very busy. That said they did a good job and did offer an apology.
Tyres chosen have proven to be a good choice, they had a splendid test of both wet and frosty conditions on the day/night of fitting and road holding is good under both conditions, low road noise is also a bonus. If wear is good then I'll be a happy bunny. Price given was very good and beat my usual suppliers by a fair amount. Well done Tyresavings.

Ordering from Tyresavings could not have been easier and the price for my tyres was the cheapest I could find on the net. Having them fitted at Halfords Autocentre was also hassle free. I turned up at my chosen time slot and my car was ready in 35 minutes. Excellent !

Had a all round great service, simple to use and no payment until you have your tyres fitted. Also had a excellent service at Halfords who fitted the tyres, bought from tyresavings.com. Highly recommend tyresavings.com who had a great selection of tyres at competitive prices. Will defiantly use them again.
