I'm trying to get a refund.
My shopping experience was easy, but now I am fighting to get a full refund because the dress doesn't fit like I would like it and I don't care for the fabric. I've been offered smal refunds twice and told to keep the dress. I don't want to dress as it doesn't work for me so I want a ful refund and am willing to pay to ship it back. I probably won't order from your company again and will warn my friends.
