We liked the variety of goods
We liked the variety of goods and in particular the supplements are something we are looking for .
What we did not like was the very high cost of shipping to Australia. The DHL offers a very good service but it is overpriced and I would like a cheaper option.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating. I received a damaged product which was completely unusable right out of the box. It looked like it had either been poorly packaged or handled with zero care.
That was bad enough, but the customer service somehow managed to be even worse. I contacted them, provided photos of the damage, and was met with delays, copy-paste responses, and zero accountability. It felt like they were doing everything possible to avoid resolving the issue. No urgency, no apology — just excuses.
After multiple emails and wasted time, I still haven’t received a proper replacement or refund. This has been one of the most disappointing and exhausting customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Avoid this company at all costs — if something goes wrong, don’t expect any help.

I have been a regular buyer of a 100ml…
I have been a regular buyer of a 100ml sunscreen, always paying around $100. Recently, I ordered from Ubuy and was shocked to receive only 50ml but still charged the full $100. This is not a mistake, it’s clearly deliberate. They have priced the smaller size to match what other retailers charge for the full size, knowing customers will assume it’s the same product.
Customer service refused to resolve the issue, insisting I ordered 50ml, ignoring the misleading pricing.
I do not recommend Ubuy at all. Their pricing practices are deceptive.
