Overcharged by incompetent unapologetic staff.
I bought a £9 tulips bouquet using visa debit and when I got home found I’d been charged £127 by the incompetent till operator. The shop refused to refund or reverse the transaction immediately despite admitting processing someone else’s order on my card. Two calls later and they just said “oh don’t worry it’ll come back to your account eventually”, as if its the publics job to subsidise incompetence. They eventually emailed the bank to correct the error when asked.
