i sell coins fc26 to u7buy since fc24 , and now i got banned selling coins to u7buy. do not sell to this website i didn't get any refund after my both account banned, i was so shocked how they treat me on emails and this is was my first time i got banned on fc.

I got scammed. I spent money and didn’t get coins nor a refund.

As I mentioned in the last email, delays are a rule of u7buy, but you insist on putting an underestimated time at the time of purchase, knowing that you will not fulfill it. Two weeks ago, you were connected to my account for 15 hours, and not just the maximum 6 hours as promised. There was a market crash and I lost several coins because I couldn't get players to sell.

I made a purchase 2 days ago, where the waiting time was double what was promised, and as a way to compensate for not fulfilling the agreement, in fact a delay doubling the delivery time again, you rewarded me with a ridiculous 10% coupon. Well, I went to use the coupon and again there was a delay of double the time, and a support team that already knows about the problem.

If you already know about the slowness, why do you insist on putting a time in the sales ad that is half of what it will actually take to be connected to the account, making it impossible for us to access it?? I just wanted you to answer that.

I sell 15000K, and I revise in the web app very quickly because in the u7buy page it doesn’t says anything about my coins it only says error, so I revise it and see 4 million coins are missing , I am going to wait because only 30 hours are past ever since I sell
the coins but I hope it’s normal, I am not sure.

The Comfort Trade transfer on my account took approximately 124 hours, even though the service clearly states a maximum of 48 hours. This is not a minor delay—it directly cost me an entire week of progress.

Because of this failure, I missed FUT Champions rewards (Rank IV / 12 wins), multiple Upgrade SBCs, EVO opportunities, season progress, and Division Rivals matches. All of these are time-limited and cannot be recovered.

What makes this especially frustrating is that none of this was within my control, yet there was no warning, no transparency, and no compensation for the lost content. Simply completing the transfer late does not undo the damage caused.

The service technically “worked,” but the experience was unreliable and the consequences were significant. If timelines cannot be met, expectations should be adjusted or compensation should be offered. As it stands, this was a very poor experience.
