Reliable & great service.

You can usually rely on Uber driver to turn up. Customers can see who the driver is and where they are coming from & how long it will take. You can book ahead if required & there is a choice of rides available.
Every driver i have had has always been friendly & courteous.

We rode in a brand new Tesla car

We rode in a brand new Tesla car. The driver was very friendly and patience during the pick up. He drove carefully and we had a very pleasant ride. Upon arrival we had time to take out our shopping bags from the trunk, greet the driver and go into our hotel.

Quick and Safe Ride

The ride came quickly. The driver was nice and drove safety.

Only negative - I did not understand why the price increased from around $17 midday when I first checked to see how much the ride would cost to $30 at 2:45pm when I actually ordered the ride. The Honolulu Hop On And Off Bus associate who helped me with the Uber app said it was because of rush hour.

Tried Yellow Cab, but they let me down

I was planning to use the Yellow Cap appt to get around while in LA. But after waiting almost 30 minutes for the appt to locate and send a taxi, I downloaded and tried the Uber appt
Had a ride in 5 minutes. So I used Uber the rest of my stay. Had NO issues.

Our driver was amazing

Our driver was amazing. We have had the opportunity to use Uber in Canada and the US we only had one driver we did not like. Our driver yesterday was a special driver keeper she’s great.

I had excellent drivers both ways

I had excellent drivers both ways, going to my destination and then being picked up later and returning home.
Really nice people, courteous and right on time with clean, well kept vehicles too.
