Worst support ever

Worst support ever. I email them about me losing the email, and they tell me to verify by sending a code to the email I don't have access to. Also, their support team is made up of bots. Every support ticket I've sent seems like it's been answered by ChatGPT. If you lose your Ubisoft account, don't try to recover it.

I wanted to play Far Cry 3 on my Steam…

I wanted to play Far Cry 3 on my Steam account however I need a Ubisoft connect to play it. After going back and forth with e-mail, forgotten password, resetting (which did not work and told me to try again later) I got my account blocked, so I have decided to make a completely new account which after logging in got blocked as well. Lovely company, will never play a single one of your games ever, keep doing what you're doing and I hope you lose your entire playerbase. Kind regards, Soul. :)

I had a very frustrating experience…

I had a very frustrating experience with Ubisoft support.

I lost access to the email address linked to my Ubisoft account, so I contacted support to recover the account. I provided everything I could to prove ownership: the original email address, the account username, and multiple CD keys from Ubisoft games that were activated on the account.

Despite providing several activation keys and detailed information, the support team still refused to verify the account ownership and simply closed the case.

It feels extremely frustrating and unfair when a customer provides multiple proofs of ownership and is still treated as if they were trying to access someone else's account.

The support process feels rigid and unhelpful, and it gives the impression that customer issues are not really taken seriously.

Very disappointing experience.

Wouldnt give any stars if it was an option.
My account was hacked. I sent proof it was and proof all my details were changed. Ubisoft told me theres nothing they can do. Its stupid 8 years and a load of money on an account someone took and Ubisoft cant be bothered helping to get it back. Worst gaming company. Please do not trust them

stupid AI assistant

The company doesn't care about player accounts at all. They thoughtlessly created a bot that, when asked to help with a deleted email, requests a code sent to that email address! Support Ticket: 25671538, 25675177, 25688232, 25688428, 25692058, 25692058. All tickets are closed with a single template bot message, something like "because you can't confirm your deleted email with the code sent to your deleted email - we can't help you."

Can't join game after buying

Can't join game after buying, they suspended my accoutn after a few login attempts, not even unsuspending it after changing the password. Theres no easy way to reach out to them by e-mail without going through their jackshit site with incoherent and vague things. Can't get my user if i can't log, still its required. dumb developers who put less and less effort into making original games and just make sequel after sequel.

Truly Exemplary Account Recovery Process – Congratulations on Stealing My Library

Well first of all these f guys cant do anything right.
I tell them multiple times i cant access the email or recover it at all. then i get answer "we sent a link to ur account email, please verify" well i explained THAT I CANT ACCESS IT AT ALL. oh well i reply to the ticket "i dont have access to the email, i cant recover it at all" i get response "Upon investigation, it was found that we're unable to proceed further. As a result, we cannot make any changes to the account"

and
"We appreciate your co-operation and apologize for inconvenience. We will now proceed to close this case."

so what?? i cant verify any other way? e.g my steam account what is linked? twitch? playstation? what is this. i would give -10 stars if it would be possible. i sometimes think how these people get the job if they cant do anything right? now i get why people hate ubisoft's support. they cant do anything right or even read normal engilsh in a message. and they even told me to create new account and get the games again? do they think i am made of money to spend another couple hundreads again? grind again all the levels? camos? yeah nah. -10/10 support

Customer service non existent

Even after sending tons of screenshots. Valid CD Keys and invoices of games in my account they refuse to let me change my email address. The original address is not accessible anymore.

They speak of iminous security reasons and close every single ticket.
Responses are vage and obviously written by AI bots or standard blabla answers.

Customer service non existent. No support. No information on how to recover my account.
Well. Do not use Ubisoft services. Ever. You might get locked out.
By the way. I am trying to get my account back with my linked phone number and all other data for over a year now. The first months emails from ubisoft haven’t been arriving in my mailbox or have been ignored all the way…

Garbage company who wouldn't recover my…

Garbage company who wouldn't recover my account.

I have an account, I can login to it just fine.
However, the email is not up to date, and I can't login to my old email address.
I have my number linked and when i try to change my password, it lets me send a code to my phone.
From there it asks my new email and sends a code to my new email to verify.
The code never arrives.

I contacted their customer support and they told me they will only verify me with my old email address, despite that email address not being verified anyway.........
