I hope I’ll receive the item i ordered coz its a bit expensive for me. Its been 15 bdays passed , and no items yet and i asked csupport and they said its lost in transit, and they will reprocess. I thought this platform is reliable. Tskk

It is no less than cruelty for a supposedly super rich Ubuy site to be so uneducated about the Customs regulations between the source country (USA) and destination (Thailand), then tout on your marketplace about products that require tenfold added costs and almost impossible ways to retrieve the product. That’s what happened to me, for trying to buy a $74 product from the USA, that Ubuy slapped an additional $104 shipping and “handling” fees on it. And what did they “handle”, may I ask?? Nothing! How about their “Support Team”?? Even more useless.

This is a real scam. I paid for the product on Sep 18, 2024, and a few days later they told me that the product could not be delivered. At first, they offered to return the funds in the form of some points. Then they started asking for additional documents. When I offered to change the address or recipient, they refused. They said several times that the money had already been sent, but then it turned out that the accounting department had stopped the return. Today, March 17, 2025, the manager told me that there was no news from the customer service department and they would write to me when there was news. I do not advise anyone to use the services of this site.
PS The product I ordered is still listed as available and you can safely order it.

UBUY IS A SCAM regardless of the areas or "warehouse" or website they refer you to. I bought well know projector brand for $300 from the US branch, only to receive some nockoff Chinese copy rubbish, that I can buy from Lazada for $85.00

Paid Over priced delivery fees and import duties into Thailand, and now I'm trying to get my money back, but I doubt it!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible service. Stay away from them. I didn't get my package and they refused to refund me. I lost money and didn't get the package.

Ubuy Thailand don´t stay in Thailand, and you will be surprised how much extra you need to pay.
Stay away from Ubuy, and Never buy anything on there website.

They will get you money and don't care about execution. Ubuy logistics partner DHL lost my purchase and stopped answering me, and Ubuy refuse to help or refund me, so I have lost more. $500

The delivery time was good, and the return process was simple. I have been happy with the quality of the clothing.

The worst customer service ever. They sold me the product which can't be imported to Thailand without any warning and when the parcel reached the customs, they refused to provide any documents. They kept saying that everything is in progress for more than a month and did nothing. After that they refused to make a return and refund me the money "just because". I've never met such an awful service, they're just fooling people. Will never use it again or advise it to anyone. Better choose a more reliable alternative.

They are fast to ship usually, but it doesn't matter much when items get stuck at customs for 2 weeks and denied. For the fees you would expect them to have some sort of work around with customs, but no - prepare for your items to just get stuck.

All items I chose on the ubuy.co.th were listed as available and even when I registered as a user and paid (the shipment and all transaction fees) it all still appeared as to be delivered.
Now, out of my 7 bought items only 3 arrived. And these three I can buy locally cheaper but since I placed an order with others I thought I might as well get these sent. So, now the customer support tells me that US customs restricted these items (4 hair colors out of 7 hair colors). But this is something they surely know beforehand and before they charge ALL fees from a Thai user. I believe it's just too much of a hassle for them to warn the user in their system.
This was my first and the last purchase. I will get a refund but excludes all the ban and transaction fees I have paid, of course.
