A seller sent me the wrong order and they don't give me my refund!
A seller sent me the wrong order. I submitted a support ticket with all the proof that it wasn't my order because there were OBVIOUS DIFFERENCES, but they ignored me and never contacted me again for a refund or return. I will never buy from them again, and I recommend you do the same!

Too expensive
The item itself cost approx 10 usd but with the shipment to Norway, custom clearance etc. it ended up with a total cost of approx 100 usd. I actually found the same item in an electrical shop in Oslo for less than 10 usd. All in all I should not have bought the item through you - it all turned out very expensive.

Everything went smoothly
I have ordered several items (mostly food) from the U. S., and had delivered to Japan. Everything was smooth and swift, a lot more than I had expected. Even the delivery staff at my door was polite and helpful. Apart from the high transportation fee and import tax, I am quite satisfied with the shopping experience with Ubuy and would like to use it again.

Order never received
Ordered at the beginning of Dec 2025 from US to the Netherlands. It has been undeliverable since mid-December. They won't give me a refund. They don't respond to my emails requesting the shipping address, which I need for a claim. I'm out 216.30 pounds!
Do not buy from them! It's a scam!!! Is this company even real?
Follow up. Once I posted this review, I finally got a response. They refunded my money, and in return, they wanted me to remove the review! Absolutely not!

As a first time Client and buyer From Namibia …
As a first time Client and buyer through UBUy I had what I consider an extremely amazing shopping experience. I am in customer care I know how sales can be, so I was very impressed with the measure UBuy has in place to deliver customer satisfaction.
I received updates on WhatsApp and email from the day I placed my order to arrival, notification at every step of my package until it arrived in my country. I knew my package had arrived with DHL even before they sent me an email to notify me courtesy of Buy's notification system.
Most importantly on the day I requested for an invoice on my package, it was exactly 6 minutes and Krishna Vaishnav replied to my request, with both the invoices for my purchases (as it was two different shipments), which just made it easier as I could prepare my DHL paperwork and have it ready for the clearing agent as soon as it was requested.
As a Namibian most of the popular online purchasing platforms are a hassle to buy directly from, with some not even having us listed to buy there at all, we are either out of their route, or it takes 3 - 6 months to receive goods. I received my items in exactly two weeks to the hour, as the website promised and this experience has made me am official lifetime buyer at UBUy and I am recommending it to everyone who would care to listen.

Outrageously high prices when shipped to Ecuador
Items that I was about to order, became at least twice as expensive once shipping the import fees were added. This outrageous price was more than 3 or 4 times what these items cost in the USA via Amazon. Certainly not worth purchasing at all.
