Poor experience and unclear…

Poor experience and unclear expectations

I had a poor experience with UCE as a potential contractor.

The communication was disappointing, and the expectations around the role, pay, preparation time and wider unpaid activity were not clear enough for me to feel confident continuing.

As a working professional, I would expect clearer information, better communication and more transparency before committing diary time to assessment work.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend UCE to other associate assessors, IEPAs or contractors.
