its awful. the lab dont work right. it dont report scores right form various assignments. its just big bad and clunky.

uCertify is one of the worst experiences I've had in trying to obtain my Data Science degree. The material is so bloated with unnecessary information that make no sense. The labs are awful where it lags and doesn't match the information from the book. I've reached out to my student advisor several times about them and it's gotten to the point where I'm requesting using another site or taking classes somewhere that doesn't use this service. I can't copy from the web portal for whatever reason and it's just a bad experience.

It is the worse program I have ever use it has way to many problems you are stuck there for hours because it does not recognize information you input you literally have to input multiple time and even still you get the same results whom ever works in the IT / programming department should be fired immediately I couldn’t be more serious they have no idea what they are doing .

I'm stuck teaching a class using this trash. I'm serious when I call it that. First, you're given the impression that it's 70 pages in total for college course. But when you get close to the end, all of a sudden these guys start throwing several pages on a single "page". That's just the start. I'd rather get beaten up in the parking lot than use this content. I'm very serious.

The slides they provided don't even match the course. Here's another thing. They give you the wrong slides and you cannot even copy segments out of their lousy ebook to put into a presentation. I guess they value this trash so much they take measures to prevent legitimate users from copying pieces of it to use in presentations. Trust me, nobody would want so steal this junk - except to produce the slides they didn't provide.

Their labs are terrible, I could no do a two step lab because the lab environment didn't respond the way the instructions said they would. I can also no longer progress in my course because I did not complete the first lab in the course

Avoid this platform at all costs. uCertify is fundamentally unreliable and completely unfit for high-stakes education or assessment. From the beginning, the experience was plagued by technical failures: labs repeatedly broke on macOS, grading was inconsistent or incorrect, and progress depended more on platform behaviour than student effort.

Despite advertising compatibility, uCertify effectively forces users to use Google Chrome, with other browsers causing errors or failing outright. Even when using Chrome exactly as instructed, serious issues persisted.

Exams were the breaking point. My first attempt failed at question 2 due to a platform error. After being forced to wait 10 days over the Christmas period for access to be extended, a subsequent attempt froze mid-exam at question 45/90, lost progress, and incorrectly tracked attempts — placing me at risk of failing through no fault of my own.

Support was useless: copy-and-paste troubleshooting that ignored screenshots, ignored attempt miscounts, and failed to address the seriousness of interrupted, time-limited exams. There was no meaningful escalation or accountability.

This platform wastes students’ time, creates extreme and unnecessary stress, and shifts the consequences of its own technical incompetence onto users. Institutions should seriously reconsider using uCertify. Students should not be subjected to this system.

The courses offered by uCertify for my Computer Information Technology Degree Plan are very good. The students much prefer these courses to the previous company we were using. Aditya Mishra and Izzy proved invaluable in their assistance in setting up the courses at my college. These courses are easy to understand and also provide a certificate from uCertify when there is a 90% completion. My students are betting better grades overall. From Computer Maintenance, Networking, to Cyber Security, uCertify has it all. I recommend uCertify courses as there is there is a course for just about any IT topic.

be warned that the labs has issues and sometimes even though you did it correctly it doesn't count, sounds like the IT world to me "Joke"

The UI design is horrendous, the everything loads extremely slow, system continually glitches making students repeat the same task again, or never loads the lab, automatically assigns zero for labs that never could even load in, terrible excuse of an education product
