Excellent and effective customer service

I needed to get help and advice re the new changes coming in for "regulated activity" and job roles within our voluntary group. Jean Davies was excellent when I phoned. She listened to what the issue was and what I needed to have updated and was able to complete the process for me. Such a tremendous help for a small charity. Jean was really helpful, didn't rush me, listened carefully and understood what the changes meant to our group. Caring and considerate and top rate customer service-thank you so much.
