I strongly advise others to stay away…
I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about their practices.
After paying a deposit, communication became very difficult and I could no longer get hold of them. Only after taking payment did they start requesting highly sensitive personal documents, including my passport, driving licence, bank details, and utility bills. In over 18 years of driving, I have never been asked to provide this level of information in such a manner.
When I requested to cancel, I was told that my policy had been cancelled. However, they then went ahead and set up a direct debit without my clear consent and kept the policy active in order to take further payments. This is completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the quote I originally received was never honoured. Instead, they increased the price, claiming it was due to licence checks that I had supposedly failed—something that was never properly explained.
Overall, this experience felt misleading and untrustworthy. I would strongly recommend that others avoid this company and do not share any personal or financial information with them.

Awful service
Awful service. Found and payed for via go compare for just over £450, and payed for this straight away. They emailed, texted and called me to confirm my details. I was left on hold for 45+ minutes for them to tell me my insurance would now be £800, and ‘ I wouldn’t change it, you won’t find it cheaper elsewhere ‘. I asked to cancel it and they have told me that I owe them a cancellation fee, although I cannot see anything about this online and the fee / the increase was not mentioned to me before I payed for this, I cancelled this the day after I payed, before my insurance had ran out. Have already sent an email to higher up. The man on the phone was extremely rude and condescending.

Poor service
Poor service, bought through Go.Compare and paid for the policy, they phoned the next day to say increase payment was required. Had me waiting on the phone for over 1 hr seeing if they could get the price down, but actually increased it by a further £240, said i wanted to cancel and charged me a further £45 for doing so even though none of this was mentioned in the t&cs.
Please don’t bother and hopefully reading the majority of reviews will tell you why.
I now have to wait 15 days for refund. :(

The gentleman I was on the phone to was amazing and sorted everything as simple as possible and no fuss, very polite and knowledgeable.

Absolute scam of a company do not fall…
Absolute scam of a company do not fall for their money supermarket qoutes. They will not insure you, instead you pay a deposit of 2 months insurance only for them to ring you to confirm details again within 3 days and rerun your qoute telling you its higher then before, leaving you uninsured and no option but to take out insurance through them as a broker. I will be contacting the fca and financial ombudsman.
