Bought tickets for a Madonna / Kylie tribute band concert which was then cancelled due to insufficient ticket sales. They are not refunding the 10% booking fee which is terrible as they have cancelled the concert. My advice is don’t buy tickets until the last minute unless you’re prepared to lose your booking fee and get no refund! I won’t be booking any tickets with them ever again!
