Their eye firming cream does NOT work. Plain and simple, might as well spread lurpak under your eyes. A complete waste of money. Don't buy.

AFTER PLACING AN ORDER FOR A SPINE MASSAGER I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED THE ORDER & EMAILED THEM A FEW TIMES. THEY DID NOT READ MY EMAILS OR CHOSE TO IGNORE IT SO I HAVE STARTED A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL FOR A REFUND. I WOULD ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I received a faulty item. I have contacted them several times to return it but no answer.

Scamming site. Cheap Chinese plastic items like child’s toys! Aliexpress sell identical items, Chinese rubbish! Straight in the bin! All of there items are the same so best to avoid, they photo shop everything to look good and trick you that’s if you receive anything at all! The eye cream selling for £15 sells for £1.31 on Aliexpress they all a con, AVOID!

This company is shit. They have no contact number I have emailed them no response. That have charge me £19 i still not received my product. I bought it from YouTube advertising but this is shit advertising.you tube suppose to remove this company. They are fake and lying.

Why you advertise for something is not true, the one I saw on advertisement and what I received is completely a lie I hope you do not fuel others I had very bad experience with the company.

I ordered and paid the items but not delivered.
SCAM! SCAM!

I bought 2 items £33.49. Uergo then sent 2 emails asking me to pay. I had paid with Paypal. I looked in my account and no money was withdrawn. So I paid again and was charged £31.59. Uergo then took both payments claiming it was a split payment. Paypal is automated and there is no means to explain this. Uergo did not respond when emailed. So I now have two items I did not want apparently. The first items arrived damaged. 2nd unwanted ones are yet to arrive.

You stated you want honesty.
1. I am shocked that i took the word of
Trustpilot. They usually help me make up
my mind when i search for guidence.
2. I purchased a chopping item and 1 part
was broken and the box looked like it
came off the land fill site. It also appeared
to be a returned item then shipped out to
me. There was no one to assist or take
my calls.
3. Finally i ordered and paid for a pink
massager. Also by accident maybe a
blue item was paid for. When i checked
the confirmation receipt i realised the
error, only 2 minutes had passed and i
sent a text immediately, to request 1 item
refunded. No reply.
The same thing next day. Again no reply.
I will delete uergo.
Its just a huge joke.....

I purchased some bathroom descaler after watching an impressive video on YouTube.
With p&p included I spent £25 for a pack of three. What a scam…the bottles were no more than 4cms long, 60mls. I don’t know what the product was inside but it may have well been water! No foaming action, no removal of stains. A total scam.
Avoid this company like the plague and if you want to clean your bathroom then get flash with bleach or the Pink Stuff for about £2. I have reached out to the company for comments but surprise, surprise… no response.

BEWARE! Selling products such as the posture corrective vest for over £36 and it is a cheap Chinese tat that is under £8 on EBay etc.
everything they sell is a scam and this needs to be stopped! SO NOT BUY FROM THEM. No email address, no phone! Proves they’re not a real company . They advertise on YT and IG and need ro be stopped.

this company is hiding behind the great wall of china,they are nothing short of fraudulent,cheating shitesters DO NOT USE THEM,I ordered a kinetic car/room mini heater,it finally arrived 1 week later than it's due date,it's been sat on my windowsill for 5 days now,it says solar run or bright flash light will do,the bloody thing's not moved once,my freezer's warmer than it is.People please please dont waste ur money on these crap items,I requested a return slip n money back,i was told u pay postage back to us £20 or keep item n we give u 50% back, price inc post for item was £19.89,luckily I paid by paypal they got me full refund thank you,BE WARNED DON'T USE THIS CHEAP NASTY SHITTY COMPANY OR YOU MAY get your fingers burnt IF YOUR LUCKY and the bloody thing works?

I ordered a re-chargable miniature screw driver set.
I got a cheep £2.50 screwdriver. Never again !!! Lesson learnt !!

Goods received after three weeeks. It was meant to be a powered screw driver set. It is nothing like the advert and is not powered. This is a scam. I was suspicious before I received the goods because non of the paperwork contained the company name!

What an absolute shambles of a company.
Ordered a USB powered screw driverwith 64 bits of attachments.
I received a normal screwdriver.
It is about time You tube stopped these scammers.
Do not buy from this company you will not get what you pay for.
