I have never experience a service with so bad communication. The employee who helped me (Tobias) is excellent, everyone is very competent individually, but the moment I needed something that depend on more than 1 person, things simply did not work. What a mess. I have been asking for a paper attesting I have my winder tires stored with you 15 times, SMS, email calls, no one responds. This type of dysynchrony between employees only survive when the demand for cars is high. When demand decreases and quality of service starts to be an important factor, companies with this degree of lack of communication and disregard for costumers are the ones to suffer first. I have not expected this level of disregard for clients in Denmark so far.
