I was supposed to share stuff with colleagues and I got to experience annoyance if I was not opening up completely, and harsh judgment if I was in fact opening up. This company takes a shot at scaling coaching too earn more money by doing less. The programme forces participants to share with colleagues very personal stuff. Stuff that is a bit strange and unsafe to share in such an environment. I would like team building and coaching to be done in a safe(r) environment, not through an online programme..
