Great selection of cacti and beautiful specimens.
Ordered a selection of various cacti and the ones I received are very healthy and fat.
It took a while (12-14 days) for them to send, but that was written on their page already, so that is fair enough - my second order got sent pretty much immediately though, probably because spring-season has started again so they have more people on staff.
The cacti was very well packaged and came in small pots which is a plus as most places sends them bare-root so they need a little time to get used to new soil, I just put them directly in under my LED and they can start to thrive.
I did receive a couple of wrong cacti in the first order (one that was the wrong one but still very nice, one that was a little smaller then the description and 2 that was a lot smaller then the description) due to an employee being a bit fast when finding them, but they immediately sent the money back for the 2 that was too small (as they did not have any of the larger ones left) and sent me the correct sizes without asking me to send the wrong ones back which was very gracious of them.
Everyone makes mistakes, the difference is how we handle it when we do - and this was handled to an A+ with quick and good answering of my emails and an extra delivery with the correct ones and me getting to keep the wrong ones (which is very nice, I was ready to sent them back if needed).
Their prices are more then fair too, I will definitely be using their services again in the near future!
