Cheter company and Mr. Ajeet is fraud man.
My frends on date 01/04/2025 in contacts to Ujjwala movers and Packers for house hold transport Delhi to Jhunjhunu , They told to his pick-up bolero ret of 10000rs , he booked them and they given his time at 1130hrs P.M but they send Tata Tampo chotta hathi but he agree with them because he thought on time his house hold transport, at last when he reached half if way then they call to his for fully pament and therating to his that on Jhajhar road he will send her people collection for money , my friend told to them when he will reached jhunjhunu then he will pay but they stop tampo throw calling driver ,then he had paid full payment on online and at last reached on jhunjhunu then found that they Wrong delivered address given to driver and he socked that this tampo is not for us they booked this tampo throw in line porter App and when driver call to ujjwala for his payment then they cant pay to deliver 5200 rs , he really socked that this movers and Packers demand to his 10000Rs but he is not given poor driver his pament 5200rs ,So i suggested to everyone that this Ujjwala movers and Packers owners Ajeet is fraud and i told to everyone , kindly cant booked this movers and Packers.

Big thief and fraud company. He take your goods and then ask for more and more money. Initially he talks very politely ; yes mam, yes mam, sav ho jaaega maam, but later he kept increasing the cost.
Big fraud and his company is run by only one man. In some document he sign as assistant manager and in some document he is delivery manager.
One thing is also true. He fears police a lot. If you feel that he cheated you then go to the nearby police station and file the FIR. This man will be in line.

His business is very simple:-
Step1: outsource a company to collect all your goods (packaging+ transport)
Step 2: keep raising the amount, unless and until you take the help from police
Step 3: book any poter or third party and deliver the goods at your place. Unloading is managed by customer themselves.

My furniture arrived scratched and broken, including a TV that was completely destroyed. They claimed it was "prior damage" despite clear evidence. The claims process offered minimal compensation, and support was unhelpful.

This is one of the worst and most dishonest logistics experiences I have ever faced. This company(Ujjawal National Packers & Movers) is nothing but a scam operation. Once they take your goods, the real harassment begins.

They held my goods hostage, refused delivery, and continuously pressured and threatened me for full payment. On top of this, the behaviour was abusive, arrogant, and threatening. This is not logistics, this is extortion, cheating, and fraud.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

On date 01/04/2025 in contacts to Ujjwala movers and Packers for house hold transport Delhi to Jhunjhunu , They told to me pick-up bolero ret of 10000rs , i booked them and they given me time at 1130hrs P.M but they send Tata Ace chotta hathi but i ignore because i thought on time my house hold transport, at last when i reached half if way then they call to me for fully pament and therating to me that on Dadri by pass i will send my people collection for money ,i told to them when i will reached jhunjhunu then i will pay but they stop tampo throw calling driver ,then i had paid full payment on online and at last reached on jhunjhunu then found that they Wrong delivered address given to driver and i socked that this tampo is not for us they booked this tampo throw on line portal platform and when driver call to ujjwala for his payment then they cant pay to deliver 5200 rs , i really socked that this movers and Packers demand to me 10000Rs but he is not given poor driver his pament 5200rs ,So I request to all kindly can't booked this service because they are fraud. And his no own single vehicle , after loading vehicle if you are not traveling with vehicle then they are therating and demand more money because when I am traveling with vehicle they are therating to me that tampo is not going at Dadri bypass Road and call to driver stop this and Which time driver can't say that he is third party person, so avoiding this company.

Absolutely unprofessional behaviour & very impolite & rude behaviour by the staff. Also cheaters & money grab is a part of their services. I would not recommend it's services to anyone.

It was great experience with Ujjawal packers and movers.

This company and the people are just very unprofessional. I hired them about a month ago for shifting only about a 100 metres away and they charged an exorbitant amount. We agreed! The shifting was done and the cartons about 26 in no.were asked to be returned or to pay a certain amount of security for the same about 2600/-. They said that this amount would be returned once I handover the cartons back to them. And I've been calling their office since last 15 days to return the cartons and they have been very impolite, they've not been answering calls. Moreover when I called one of their superviser Anil Kumar,he answered very impolitely. Extremely unprofessional. They should be charged with cheating their customers. It's not about only money, it's the kind of unprofessional servive and disrespect they have for their customers. I believe all their good reviews are just fake comments! Final word 'Hire them only at your own risk'

Fraud company request you to use some proper movers and packers if you use these company you will be duped of money. No proper packing and delivering of goods and all the positive reviews here are paid i have the pictures showing that he is paying people for good reviews. Wish he was doing better work
