Ordered on Friday morning, still not arrived by Wednesday lunch. Received invitation to rate before I received my goods.
3rd time I’ve used this company, 3rd time standard dispatch & delivery has been very slow.

Fast shipping, everything OK

Didn’t ship my order that I paid next day delivery for. Had to chase it up and was told I’d be refunded for the shipping cost. That hasn’t happened and had no response to my emails now. Shop elsewhere!!!

Overall, very good but it would have been nice to know when my order was arriving. Other than that, no problems.

Batteries flat in remote ,bought new cost 6 pounds ,remote won't register with headset , turned on and off to reset as trouble shooting said , followed instructions simple instructions ten plus times nothing worked contacted help center reported issue via email no response . Know it's only a basic kit but still 40 quid down the drain ,would of expected it to work or customer service to send a new remote or headset even if I had to pay for postage ,even make contact

I ordered the F500 Garage motor, easy to place my order, and it shipped on the date I was given.

Ordered 2 alarms for garage and outside shed. one turned up and was OK except the remote batteries needed to be replaced before it worked. The other one didn't turn up at all. I've rng the company who do not seem to accept phone calls and ask you to email. I've emailed them twice without reply.
The alarm i do have works but the siren could be a little louder to be more effective

Sent us a part that appears to be obsolete. No downloadable software available, which makes the item unuseable. Despite emailing the company for advice and solutions on more than one occassion, not a single response. Very disappointed and will not be using them or recommending them again.

Delivery arrived on time was up date with order progress

Terrible customer service. I’ve reached out to you 4 times and no response. The first 2 times were immediately after ordering to try to cancel before the goods were posted, second 2 times to ask for a returns code. NO RESPONSE! No phone number on web site. Would never buy from this site. EVER!
