I did not recive my Z-Way license…

I did not recive my Z-Way license within a day, as promised, in fact im still waiting for it since 7 days. They wont even reply to my E-Mails or contact me proactive to explain why they cant deliver.

Promises Not Kept, no costumer service -> ORDER ELSWHERE

Responsive

Although problematic, frustrating and costly delivery issues were experienced, the responsive and open communication from the MD of UK Automation has resulted in a five star rating. Please note that the delivery issues mentioned were attributable to a UK Automation supplier of the product purchased.

little problem

I am not on, but it seems to me to have commanded the socket with a French and not English plug, thus I am obliged to buy a grip of conversion French English.
Otherwise, the delivery deadline is very correct

First Order

I'm always a little concerned ordering from a company for the first time. I did my homework and saw good reviews and took the plunge. Glad I did, the item arrived as described along with a free converter plug from Euro to UK three pin plug. The item was packaged well and delivered during the timescales stated on the dispatch notice. Will 100% order from them again in the future.

Appalling service and products that are not fit for purpose

I recently bought 4 x Z-Wave Dual Relay Wall Switch - TKB Home TZ57. Two of the devices have completely failed - blue lights flashing, and then , total failure. I used the chat help line of UK Automation. No-one was online, so I left a message. Two days later no response. I phoned the main number. A recorded answer, stating please email any problems. I suggest you do not touch UK -Automation together with TKB products with a long barge pole

A good company to work with

I have been buying from from UK Automation for over four year now and have never had any problems with their service or the products they sell. They have provided good advice when requested, and been happy to accept returns when I inadvertently purchased the wrong item.
