Rebbeca and Elaine made changing ISP easy and were very helpful. In the end, BT Outreach left us without a broadband connection but they were excellent in getting it sorted out and keeping us informed.

Elaine made the whole process of moving to a digital phone line si,[le and efficient. Job well done.

Spoke to the UK based customer service who where very helpful with my query. Was also great to speak to someone so quickly saving me valued time not waiting on hold. Its great that they are upfront with any and all fees so there are not hidden extras/fees that creep up on you, makes managing finances alot easier.
