I contacted Roca customer services to report a problem regarding a toilet seat. My enquiry was dealt with by Megan who was helpful and courteous with regard to this issue. I was assured that a replacement item would arrive within 1 - 3 days via Fed Ex which it did.
Despite the fault, which was disappointing, I am very happy with the service that was provided by customer services and with the speed by which the replacement was provided .
Issue fully resolved by ROCA customer service.
I discovered an issue with our Roca eco-bath fitted some 20 months ago and phoned the UK team to discuss a way forward. Had the pleasure of speaking with Megann (twice) who took a very understanding and professional approach to achieving a mutually agreeable solution. I have now fitted ROCA products into 2 houses and have always been impressed with their products - I can now, without hesitation, add a similar comment to the service provided by the company customer service team - thank you Megann from a very satisfied customer.

Really excellent customer service . When you email to ask about parts they respond swiftly and links tell you where you can purchase in your area- or of course use the item number given to search . Ive been in touch with this company a few times as seem to be rebuilding my old style roca loo and both Megann and Alice have been super helpful .Would recommend
Exceptional customer service
The customer service team, and Megann in particular, are incredibly helpful. I emailed them at a weekend to ask for help identifying a toilet so I could purchase a replacement seat and I had a reply with the appropriate Roca part number by Monday afternoon.
Megann also helpfully provided guidance on how to remove the old seat so it was a simple and pain free process from start to finish.
There aren't many companies whose customer service is excellent when you don't purchase from them directly. Roca supply via their resellers but that clearly doesn't stop them from providing exceptional customer service directly via email.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received and it will most certainly ensure that I continue to remain a Roca customer for a long time to come - and that's all down to Megann!
Don't buy a toilet.
Their customer service team is excellent.
Cabinets and sinks great.
BUT do not buy a toilet. There must be a 100 different seats that change constantly. Trying to get the right replacement is a minefield and you will need one, because they are not great quality.

They sent me a replacement seat straight away.

After moving into a new build and having two of three toilet seats fail one for the soft close the other gaining a crack I have to say that Roca’s customer service is second to none. I had a resolve in 24hrs from them showing that it’s a high end product with excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. We had to replace a Roca Gap toilet seat but was very confused looking at the new style hinges so rang customer services. Alice Talbot was so helpful. She asked us to email a photo of our old toilet hinges and then came back immediately explaining how to completely remove the old hinges. It was then so easy to fix the new hinges and seat. Thank you Alice you are a credit to your company.

Flush valve for UW tank
I contacted Roca regarding an issue with the flush valve on our en suite toilet. The valve silicone seal had slightly perished allowing small drops to enter the toilet bowl so I asked if they could supply the seal. I was informed that as the unit was still within the 5 year warranty if I could photograph the fault, it would be assessed. Within 5 minutes I received an email from Megann to say that a new valve was in the post. A day later I received the item. This was an excellent outcome and congratulations to Roca for a great service. I gave 4 stars only because I feel that if a silicone seal alone could have been supplied, it would be much more cost effective to the company rather than having to supply a new valve.

Great service
We can't praise the service we had from Roca highly enough. After our cistern split and flooded our bathroom we contacted Roca and the response from them was quick and efficient. From the initial phone contact with Jordan Massey at Customer Services to the replacement of the cistern by Ian we couldn't have had better service.
Ian replaced our split cistern and the cistern on our second toilet as it was the same batch number.
Ian was efficient and professional, a credit to Roca. Without doubt, a company we would have no hesitation to recommend.
