After just 5 years in our new build Taylor Wimpey home, fitted with Roca baths, we have a bath tub that has rusted through from underneath!
Roca blame incorrect fitting, but it can't possibly be that. Very poor attitude to what is clearly a failure of the protective coating on the underside of the bath tub.

It is impossible to make Roca toilet leakless. It does not help, if the seal or the cardridge and the seal is changed. At least every second flush it leaks. Do not buy such harm for You!

I needed a part and both Tracey & Elliott were so helpful. They asked for several photos of the appliance to get it right and showed patience above and beyond.
Excellent customer service skills and very much appreciated!

The toilet seat in our new build house cracked.
Even though we had no receipt Roca sent us a replacement quickly and without any hassle.

I contacted customer services when we noticed that a small amount of the surface coating on a vanity unit drawer had come off. They arranged a replacement under warranty within a couple of hours of raising a case. Excellent customer service

Had new bathroom cabinets 5 years ago & within 2 years the taps were getting tarnished & the handles were peeling. Now had to replace them all. When I rang when it started a couple of years ago I was told it was because I’d been cleaning them !! Terrible customer service

Excellent service. I needed to replace a damaged pan. I only knew that it was Roca , but I needed the exact same model/foot print due to floor tiles. The guys at Roca were very quick to respond to my call for help and Elliot was able to quickly identify the model and part numbers from the dimensions and photos I had provided. I had no idea what "comfort height" was until now ! I have now been able to source the right pan from a local supplier thanks to the Roca web site providing the list. Well done guys.

I wasn't sure of toilet seat name or model.
Their after sales answered quickly.
They asked me to send photo's.
Within an hour, Megann mailed me with model name and reference.
It's a perfect fit.

I contacted Roca regarding spares I required for a mixer tap which was purchased over 3 years previously, and spoke to Megann in their technical department. Although they didn't have what I needed they replaced the whole tap free of charge.
Can't recommend their customer care highly enough.

Another prompt action from Roca service (Megann). I had an issue with a toilet seat we had got with the new build house. I just needed to provide details of the build site and the replacement was sent.

I had a technical question about a product I had ordered. My question was answered fully with a technical drawing in a few minutes. Very impressive.

I cannot say thank you enough to Roca for their help and support. I wish every other company would value their customers as much as Roca. They had no reason to go and investigate my problem as they had no financial gain but they did and solved my problem.
Thank you for all your help, you saved me hundreds of pounds for doing what you did for me.

I was purchasing a toilet cistern and wanted to know what side the inlet was on, I called and spoke to Alice Talbot who was extremely helpful, friendly and professional and emailed me what I was looking for shortly after our conversation, we also had a bit of a laugh on the phone that made we feel valued.
