I was hesitant to attempt to rebuild…

I was hesitant to attempt to rebuild them Disa Valve for the N52N intake manifold for my 2009 BMW 328i e92. I just rebuilt it using the i6 automotive rebuild kit I purchased from UKARAUTO and it was simple and didn't take very much time at all. Thanks to bother UKARAUTO.com and i6 Automotive.

The part quality and fit were great

The part quality and fit were great. The DISA valve operates well with the new metal parts and there is no play in the linkage.

A few comments:
The kit had and extra washer in it that I didn't know what to do with. It looks like a push-on shaft lock washer used in the M54/E46 kit, so I just left it out. It would be nice if there was an instruction sheet with a bill of materials to cross-check.
The axle shaft poked out of the top of the DISA valve housing by about .2", which is different than the OEM, which is flush. I measured the depth of the installation pocket vs. the extension of the shaft, and there was enough clearance - about .010". Just to be on the safe side, I used a bench grinder to take about .020" off.

Overall very pleased and I don't expect these parts will ever fail. If the DISA goes bad, it will be something in the rest of the actuator.

Exceeds expectations.

Got the parts sooner than expected, all in original packaging or in a clearly labeled bag (sump pump plug and copper washer). Very competitive prices, excellent shipping cost, wide variety of parts for everything.
Only thing I see there's some improvment that could be done; is ease of navigation for the website. But with the service provided it could be an old school paper catalogue and I'd not complain.
10/10 WILL recommend and buy from again!

Be careful of these guys

I ordered a door panel for my 1994 defender 90. When it arrived it didn't fasten the same way as the original door panel. I messed with it trying to get it to attach only to find that not only did it not fasten the same way, but it actually didn't even fit. I contacted UKARAUTO and they informed me that I would have to buy additional parts to make it fasten correctly. When I told them that it didn't even fit correctly, they said I can return it if it is "new" condition. Well I had beed trying many things to make it fit, so it wasn't in "new" condition. They now will not take it back. My suggestion to them. Make it clear on their website that this is not a plug and play door card. you need to buy extra parts from them to make it work AND if there are different fitting door cards then make that clear as well.
