Worst online bidding experience ever!

Worst online bidding experience ever!
Screen frozen twice during auction, I was unable to bid at all.
Contacted customer service many times, No apologise, NO reply after second conversation.

DO NOT use this platform as you won't be able to bid plus very bad customer service.

Huge disappointment

Huge disappointment! With big regret I have to say that the platform doesn't provide any protection to us buyers and even if the auction house decide to give the lot won by you to somebody else the only thing you'll get is apologize. Keep in mind that the Terms & Condition are not respect neither.
When I asked the UKauctioneers why they are still working with auction houses that are doing whatever they want the reply was that they are paying! The auction house in question is Chrystals Auction House so be aware if you work with them!

As I explained on the phone the auction house you registered for needed further proof of identity as they have strict money laundering regulations on the Isle of Man. (The regulations in the UK are also becoming more stringent in 2020).

Admittedly there was a lack of communication for which I can only apologise.

To prevent this happening in future we have started the process of developing a trigger email to be sent to the registered bidder on the rare occasion that an auction house declines their registration.
