Outstanding service.I was so stressed after someone reversed into my car only having it a few months.From the moment Tania and I spoke I was immediately put at ease.Her communication and compassion was second to none nothing was to much trouble.I would recommend this company to anyone.Once again thankyou so much.

Very easy to deal with and a pleasure considering we were dealing with an accident. Very efficient service allowing approved repairs to keep warranty. Like for like courtesy car which was amazing considering we have a 7 seater. Nothing was to much trouble. Should we be unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident again, Tania and the team would be our first call. Much easier to deal with than an insurance company.

Excellent service I called late in the day and still they had a very hard to find vehicle at my door the next morning. My claim was settled very quick to and the staff kept me up to date regularly. So 10/10 for service would recommend to anyone who needs help with there unfortunate situation.

Brilliant company, so very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anybody. Everything was so smooth and quick to get sorted, and you even get a cup of tea when you pop in.

Would recommend to everyone, really pleasant, friendly staff and always kept me updated on the status of how my claim was progressing throughout the process. When the vehicle was due in for repair I was sorted out with a car the day mine went in to the garage and as soon as it was done the vehicle was delivered back to me.

I have personally used UK Autolink for around 6 months now as my go to Accident management firm for my Bodyshop. I find them very easy to work with, easy to contact and always get issues resolved quickly and correctly. Since dealing with them, I have seen how they always go the extra mile for the customer in hand. I myself wouldn't recommend using anybody else and will carry on my relationship with this company.

I have had cause to use UK Autolinks on a couple of occasions, they were so helpful and easy to deal with. When they promised to do an action, they did and kept me updated at all times, a trait lacking in many companies. To sum this company up... Professional, knowledgeable and reliable.

I was recommended to UK Autolinks by a friend after my car accident. I was retisant at first as I naturally went straight back to my insurance company. All the hassle was taken out of my hands and the efficiency of the young lady I dealt with was refreshing. I gave my details of the vehicles involved and they took the problem out of my hands ... being in business myself it released me from the hassles . My brother had a non fault accident in my car causing quite a lot of damage. Only being covered by standard "3rd party any other car" both our insurance companies ran for the hills. The staff at UK AutoLinks however were very helpful and provided an exceptional service and kept to every word. They were honest and upfront with us and had a really easy time when I was expecting nightmares. I can't fault them and would happily use again should the need arise. Definitely worth your time and let them do the hard work. Thanks All

Used this company twice in 4months. My cars seem to have magnets in the o/s/r.

Latest was on new years day and i had a hire car supplied within a few hours.
