My first time ordering from this place, the order hasn't arrived over a week after ordering it. And they will not issue me a refund or send a replacement for another 9 days due to their 'policy'. Would not order from here again.

On the 21Feb 2017 I ordered 500ml Moroccanoil shampoo and conditioner, which arrived within two days.
Thank you for very prompt delivery, unfortunately, I have not received the10ml gift oil ("with each Maroccanoil product you buy") as was advertised on the website.
