It was about 10 years ago when I purchased from UK Bullion and all went smoothly and well. So, when I wanted to ‘sell back’ it was only natural to use them again - and it couldn’t have been easier. The couple of queries I had were answered clearly and politely, the goods were posted, an offer made and accepted and the money received into my account all within 24 hours. I cannot fault their service or communication at all and the two people I spoke with couldn’t have been nicer whilst still being thoroughly professional. I would most definitely use UK Bullion again and would certainly recommend their services to others. Thank you

Very happy with the products I received, I felt the price was fair and the random assortment of 1 ounce silver rounds I received was varied and there were a couple interesting ones and 5 2023 britannias. I would definitely recommend UK Bullion and I certainly plan to use them from now on.

Cut above the rest!
So glad I purchased with UKB, the piece of mind I had knowing the coins are carefully sourced was a massive weight off my mind.
Everything was laid out very clearly and the delivery process was quick and discreet.
The customer service team took the time to call me after buying to make sure I was happy with the product, I had an in depth conversation with Jan who answered my questions and was able to give me valuable information regarding coins in the market.
I have purchased from other companies in the past but none has ever taken after sale care as serious as UKB.
Needless to say I will most definitely be buying from UKB again.
