The item that I ordered arrived about a week later, and the box was teared off and half of the box was completely wet as one of the liquid (detergent) that I order may leaked. So, I refused the parcel and now I need to another few days again. One good thing is that the Customer service answer the phone quite quick and kind. Ironically, I already called them twice and need to make a phone call again as the item were sent by two different box. They asked me to call again to tell them what is missing in that box.... Just want to use the service without less mistakes with a slightly quicker delivery in one single box.... I was waiting the parcel as someone needed to be at home and feels like I lost a day.

Foot pump delivery & packaged OK.
Although this foot pump is correctly described as of the generic dual-cylinder styled Hilka brand, the advertised image differed in detail with respect to showing a better looking, wider-scaled & hence more detailed pressure dial: This had a degree of vendor influence selection from many other competitively pricing suppliers
However in use, basic pump operation is the same anyway, so can only be regarded as of minor usability niggle.
In future, would draw seller to be more vigilant on checking supplied product detail fits actual image described in features as well as in function.
