I had a question about a camera but the contact form on their website wasn't working - after putting in all the information and clicking submit, I got an error message. I then contacted them via Messenger on Facebook, but despite reading the message they didn't reply. Weeks later, still no message and the camera I wanted was now out of stock. I messaged them again, and again they have read it but not bothered replying. I ended up buying from another company who actually replied to my email. Probably a lucky miss with UK Camera Store, as presumably I'd have the same lack of response if I needed to contact them post-purchase

I bought a Nikon D3500 bundle which was excellent value.
Delivery was delayed by a couple of days but I was called in person to have that explained. I thought that was a really nice touch, it's rare to get that sort of service nowadays. The camera is exactly as required and a teenage son is very happy.
I'd use againa nd would recommend.

When you read next day delivery it normally doesn't apply for where I live (Isle of Scalpay, Outer hebrides) Richard however somehow managed it. Well done. I received a pristine lens in super quick time. Very happy customer.

Great service, I bought a Nikon D5600 and it arrived to me in Ireland two days later and it would have been quicker had i not used my PO Box service in Northern Ireland.
Made a decent saving in comparison to other sites like Amazon and Richard called me up and very promptly sorted out a bit of confusion with the billing address.

After a lot of searching for a Panasonic DC TZ200 I bought from UK camera store simply because they were the cheapest. Almost universally, everyone else was selling this for £729 whilst UKCS were selling it for £659. Although postage was £7 it was still a saving of £63 plus it was still eligible for the Panasonic £80 cashback offer. Delivery was next day with an allocated time slot, so pleased with the result.
