They responded quickly and honestly to an email query. The product i purchased was dispatched the same day as purchase on a 24 hour service.

Buying a decent camera on line is in one sense easier than ever, but there is a bewildering range of prices and companies in the UK and abroad to choose from, not to mention eBay. Having decided to upgrade my digital camera after eight years, and almost going for what seemed like a good deal with a Hong Kong-based company, I decided to buy from this UK-based, family-owned operation. The camera - Fuji's X30 - was at a rock bottom price for the UK, but this was made even more attractive by a two free genuine Fuji accessory packs - containing an authentic spare battery, lens hood and filter holder - which would have cost about £100 if bought separately. There seem to be similar, fantastic deals for many other cameras (I looked long and hard at the Lumix LX100, for instance). Coupled with the deal on price was outstanding service: a query was answered within an hour of me e mailing, and the camera arrived free the day after I'd ordered it, carefully packaged and in pristine condition. In short, if UK Camera Store stocks what you need, browse no further.

I ordered the G Shock GWA1000A a couple of weeks ago now. The watch was better than expected, easy to set up and i'm super happy with it. The service and advice I was given was excellent too and the watch arrived the day after. No hassle, brilliant experience would defo use UK Camera Store again. Thanks guys.

I ordered a Nikon camera lens on 29th June at 4.00 pm and it arrived within 24 hours. Although many companies promise next day delivery, I find this often isn't the case, so was pleasantly surprised. I had found the lens at a slightly lower price, but only from off-shore companies, which I am reluctant to deal with due to potential problems. I also found the live chat facility helpful, as I was able to clarify that I was buying the correct type of lens for my camera. I would recommend this company and will use them again.

I shopped around for a particular model of G-Shock watch and these guys came up the cheapest. They were also offering next-day delivery, so I decided to give them a go. I am always a little wary when making a major purchase from someone new so I called them up to check that they'd make good on the next-day promise. It was reassuring that an actual human answered the phone. They were very helpful and said the watch would go out same day and I'd receive it the next. They weren't wrong! Thanks guys, I'd definitely buy from you again.

I bought a Canon camera from UKcamerastore 18 months ago and it developed a glitch.
Just to say that they sent it back to Canon, no questions asked, under the 2-year guarantee. Much of the camera was replaced.
(Obviously, the fault was not the responsibility of UKcamerastore.)
The excellent service under the guarantee was very satisfying.

I needed to order a camera for a birthday present that was the next day (my fault for leaving it so late!!). All of my questions regarding my choice of camera were answered immediately online, and the camera was delivered by 9AM the next morning. The camera was a perfect birthday present.

I spent lots of time researching my purchase of my Canon G16 and sent lots of emails to different companies. By far the best for quick replies, a good product knowledge, and not skirting around question (UK warranties which they offer). Richard was a great help in making my mind up to place an order with UKcamera Store. The item was received quickly and although not the cheapest certainly the best customer service and would have no hesitations using again, or recommending them to others.

I was looking to get a Casio G Shock watch and found it on ukcamerastore for the best price around. Ordered and was impressed to receive it the next morning even just before Christmas and with free postage.

After reading many reviews I decided to buy a Fujifilm HS50EXR and looked round for the best deal. UKcamerastore came out on top for me and so I ordered the camera, and filter, which was delivered the next day. After researching a range of new cameras for sometime I eventually decided to buy a Fujifilm HS50EXR from the UK Camera Store, an online company. I did so because I found their prices to be very competitive and they are highly rated by previous customers. Having placed my order on Tuesday afternoon I took delivery this morning. The camera and ancillary items were extremelyy well packaged. I can only describe my experience as five star and would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase a new camera or ancillary items.
