30-Minute Check-in
I was pleased to have the process put in place to start with. Being asked for one's feedback - whether positive or negative - is always a positive action and, I have had experience of feeling that as an educator working 'from home', we can sometimes be forgotten.
Conversations with Martin and Robin were both supportive and informative, and I was made to feel valued which is always a positive experience.

Highly Interactive and Comprehensive Online Training
I recently completed this online Safeguarding course and I was thoroughly impressed. Despite being held remotely, the course was extremely comprehensive and delivered with exceptional clarity.
The instructor did a fantastic job of managing the virtual environment, fostering a real sense of interaction between the teacher and students. Wont let me teach for you but keep sending me contracts and emails
Wont let me teach for you despite being highly qualified and experienced, ex mountain rescue ex lifeboat crew , football, netball basketball swimming, rock climbing, caving.,canoeing. kayaking. skiing. powerboat instructor etc etc and yet you keep sending me contracts with other peoples names on and lots of emails like this one!!!!!!!!

Positive staff help
I spoke to Harry who helped me with various issues I had with my registration and ability to get onto the site following updates. I also told him that I wanted to do a first aid course in person. it took a few days but he sent me an email with suitable courses. I am going through it now and will chose one soon
