Do not waste your money
No email regarding booking take money off you but no way you can contact them.
They do not answer emails
DO NOT USE....This a Complete rip off , when I booked with them I thought I was dealing directly with CITB , it cost me £92 instead of £52. The dates times and areas i booked with them didnt even exist.... Not only that I've given all my personal info to some agency that you can't even speak to and isn't a recognised body . CITB Should also be held responsible for letting this company take all our personal information and for letting them book the test for us, it's disgraceful that this can be allowed to happen. I've asked for a refund, pretty sure that won't happen, Although in there small print if you cancel or ask for a refund there's an admin charge of £20/ booking so I would lose £40 anyway which is there fee, so whichever way this goes it's a win win for them 😠 😡
Paid double the amount for a test centre that didn’t exist & no reply to emails & no phone number to contact. Reported.
This is a third party company who charge double for training, an extortionate administration fee and no way to call them to speak with the company. My autistic friend has been trying to contact them to refund his payment with no response. Shame on them.
This website is a scam, they charge you additional money then don't respond to email. Book your CSCS card directly with the relevant providers rather than using this website
