Worst experience ever the company has a winding up order on companies house. Wish id seen these reviews before working with them. They promises data in 48 hrs then all you hear is excuses their is immense pressure to pay up but they do not deliver. Pay more elsewhere as you'll end up going elsewhere anyway. Worst company and people ive ever dealt with.

As others say a bunch of spammers that do not comply to GDPR also when you look at some of there 5 star reviews they are suspiciously close together, work that one out !

The team at UK Datahouse have been amazing they respond the same day to both data counts and orders, other data agency's seem to take much longer. I see some criticism on here ref data quality. We have been regular clients of UKD for some years now. It would be unreasonable of me to think all data records we receive were 'Perfect' as its a very awkward arena. Sales as we all know, is a brutal and unforgiving profession but at the end of the day
"If the plane misses the runway - its not the runway's fault" !

Bunch of spammers. Don’t give this lot your money as they’re selling data which hasn’t been opted in, which is a legal requirement under GDPR, Instead they’re using ‘legitimate interest’ as the reason for contact which isn’t allowed unless it’s first party data.

Don’t get me started on their spammy bots either....

Great data company, use them constantly. Always giving me good advice. Efficient in getting the data to me and always communicate through the process. Highly recommend.

The data provided was inaccurate.

What they sold us was incorrect and almost 20% of the emails bounced back. We had zero success in contacting potential customers. It was a waste of our time and money.

They promised a refund after they gave us some bad data but they have stopped replying to my emails and calls. Wouldn't recommend this company

Avoid this lot! They took my money upfront and failed to deliver the contracted services, then promised to refund but did not do so. Phone calls are not returned, emails are not replied too. Stay well away!!!

Was sold faulty data that was used on a marketing campaign. They refused to refund the cost or compensate for the losses this data caused my company.

Would not reply to emails or phone calls.
