I strongly advise against using this company. The deed poll I received contained numerous grammatical errors and was ultimately rejected by Lloyds Bank for not meeting their standards. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email to resolve these issues, I have been completely ignored. Save your money and go elsewhere.

All of our documents are generated based on the information provided at the time of submission. If there are any errors within the document, these would reflect the details entered during the application process. That said, our documents are widely accepted and meet UK requirements for name changes.
If your document has been rejected by an organisation, we do ask that customers contact us directly with the reason for rejection and any supporting evidence so we can review and assist appropriately.

When my documents arrive it had the correct name and address on the envelope but the documents had an extra line in the address that I had not put there making my documents void and illegal , I asked for this to be corrected as it was a fault at there end but they wanted me to pay £16 blaming me for the mistake ! This issue is still not resolved after multi emails over two weeks. I have now asked for a refund as I’m very unhappy and feel no one is helping or listening at all communication is via email and not over the phone , I would appreciate this sorting

Beware of expensive pack
I purchased the pack and it states that it allows you send stuff to the different organisations instead of having to share the one deed poll. I assumed for the cost that meant you must get several so you can send them on but in fact all you get is a load of paperwork to tell you how to do it, no deed poll comes with it. A complete rip off so just purchase a deed poll and do it yourself

The Name Change Kit is a lower-cost option that provides guidance, templates, and supporting documentation to help customers complete the process themselves, whereas the official Deed Poll document (with certified copies) is available as a separate service.
We also clearly explain that many organisations require an original or certified copy of a Deed Poll, which is why customers often choose to purchase additional official copies through our document service.
