Although there was a slight delay in supplying my order this was not their fault but their third party supplier.
They kept me updated at all times about the state of the order and handled the situation very professionally.

They had a very good range of stuff and had the very AC isolator switch i was looking for at a very good price .I did not give it 5 stars as took a week to receive the item, but that may just have been the post. Overall good

Good service, product as described

Unfortunately, i was disappointed when i opened my light to find it was emergency and not corridor sensor emergency mode. This has delayed urgent health and safety work. This has now meant the contractor is waiting for a light. I do like the way you can use amazon pay, customer support was good and quick to reply. This was a web site error which could have been prevented easily.

Excellent customer service staff helped me out with a query before I made a purchase, followed by fast delivery. Can't praise then enough.

Delivered ahead of time without any problems

UK Electrical Supplies were immediately responsive & helpful in resolving a minor issue regarding a component provided via their supplier, although I failed to understand why the component could not have been sent directly from there supplier rather than being sent via UK Electrical Supplies. A somewhat protracted route generating increased delivery time/charges which had these additional charges not been incurred could have been deducted from the end price of the product - delivery time would also have been reduced by several days.
