Very unclear shipping message. Charged £15 initially for shipping to NI, then order didn’t arrive, questioned why, ended up having to pay ANOTHER £15 to get it to NI. Meaning shipping to NI cost £30 for a box!! I get full pallets shipped to NI cheaper. Needed the parts but won’t use again...

Very impressed by the customer service. I had a query on mechanical fixings for a warm roof and got just the advice I needed. Even better was that I confirmed the order in the afternoon and it arrived before lunch the next day. You cannot ask any better than that.

Great products for the diy’er and professional. Never used rubber before and undersized my original order. ukfr increased size at no extra cost after I enquired with them. Delivered in 24hrs as promised. First class.

Mixed experience as the order confirmation and the delivery were prompt.

However I was taken advantage of as I was under the impression that the rolls of 333 and 500mm wide resitrix membrane that I ordered were originally made that width by the Resitrix .... instead of simply being cut out of the 1000mm roll. This means that the edges of the rolls are no longer straight and look rugged as they were cut with what looks like a hack saw... plus I could have done it myself better for less money. Make the judgement yourself.
